snow for elevations below 5500 feet remains in effect until
midnight MDT tonight.
* Timing and main impact: widespread snow will continue to fall
over southwest Montana through today. The snow will be heavy at
times… mainly over the mountains. Snow will gradually diminish
tonight.
* Snow accumulations: expect snow accumulations by late this
evening to range from 3 to 6 inches in the valleys… to 6 to 12
inches in the mountains. Amounts up to 20 inches are possible
for the highest mountains.
* Winds and visibility: expect west winds of 10 to 20 mph…
with local gusts to 30 mph this afternoon and night. Areas
of blowing snow are likely over the Bridger Mountains.
Visibilities will below one half mile at times.

Looks mighty chilly ~ 29 F this morning but it has warmed up nicely with the sunshine.
We may get snow on saturday – hopefully it won’t last long.

I’m really tired of winter. And Winter really doesn’t want to leave. Most of everything we do has to be done outside so I’m ready for winter to leave.
