Snow in the Bridgers

23 Aug

There was a dusting of snow on top of the Bridgers this morning.
It won’t be long now, I’m ready. Unfortunately my "To be done before winter" project list says otherwise…

We are just heading into our fall season and I for one am so darn happy about that. We have had so little rain and our grazing lands have dried up and our hay land as well. No second cut this year and the fire danger is so high. 90’s for temps – cool mountain air can’t come soon enough for me…………… “before winter to do list” isn’t completed either but I’m poking away at it 😉 Good luck!

Sounds like you’re having a Montana summer. By the time fall arrives and the moisture that comes with it we’re always more than ready. It’s so dry here in July/August it can be a bit intense.
